Role Overview The Pricing Operations Team within the Platform Business Service (PBS) organization plays a critical role in strengthening Coupang’s price competitiveness by designing and operating programs and processes powered by market pricing data. As the leader of the Seller Excellence organization within Pricing Operations, you will be responsible for developing and executing programs and projects that validate pricing accuracy and competitiveness across the marketplace. You will also drive the design and continuous improvement of operational policies and processes while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and performance. What You Will Do Lead the planning, execution, and performance management of pricing programs and projects designed to validate price accuracy and competitiveness. Develop and enhance key operational policies and programs, including Pricing Validation frameworks, Mystery Shopper programs, and operational playbooks. Own end-to-end operational processes by designing, standardizing, and continuously improving scalable operating models. Establish KPI-driven performance management frameworks and generate data-driven insights to improve business outcomes. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to drive policy, process, and system enhancement initiatives. Lead the Seller Excellence organization by setting goals, managing team performance, and developing talent. Drive operational efficiency and automation initiatives through effective project planning, execution, and change management. Basic Qualifications 10+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital platforms, or related industries Proven experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Operations Management roles Experience designing and improving operational policies, processes, SOPs, and operating frameworks Demonstrated experience leading operational transformation or system enhancement initiatives in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Business teams 3+ years of people management experience leading teams of 15 or more employees, including performance management and talent development Preferred Qualifications Experience in Pricing, Marketplace Operations, Seller Operations, or Operations Excellence functions Experience designing or managing operational quality programs such as Mystery Shopper, Audit, Validation, or Quality Management initiatives Experience utilizing data analysis tools such as SQL or Tableau to measure operational performance and generate actionable insights.
