Concierge (As Needed)

The Legacy at North Augusta is seeking a PRN Concierge to join our team and provide exceptional service to residents, families, guests, and team members. As a Concierge, you’ll be one of the first friendly faces people see when they enter our community. You’ll help create a warm, welcoming environment while providing outstanding customer service and supporting the day-to-day needs of the front desk. Pay Range: $16.50 - $22.00 per hour (Final offer based on experience, skills, certifications, and overall qualifications) Schedule: PRN | Any Shift What You’ll Do Warmly greet residents, families, visitors, and guests Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally Assist residents and visitors with questions and general information Monitor the reception area and help maintain a welcoming environment Support administrative and front-desk responsibilities as needed Communicate effectively with team members across the community Provide attentive, courteous, and resident-focused service What We’re Looking For A friendly, welcoming, and professional demeanor Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment Dependability and flexibility to work PRN across any shift Previous concierge, receptionist, hospitality, customer service, or senior living experience is a plus Ability to read and speak English Why Join Our Team?
