Closing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Closing Manager based in Brazil. As a Closing Manager, you will lead the real estate transaction function for a growing residential development operation. You will oversee transaction teams and ensure that every property sale and land conveyance is accurate, compliant, and completed on schedule. The role combines team leadership, title and escrow coordination, financial reporting, and administration of real estate management systems. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Purchasing, and executive leadership, you will help maintain efficient workflows across multiple residential communities. You will also identify opportunities to improve processes through technology and automation. This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity for an experienced real estate professional working during US business hours.
