About the Role Key areas of focus include overseeing clinical team management and consultation, ensuring quality and compliance with local regulations and Lyra standards, maintaining in-country clinical knowledge and infrastructure records, and providing direct leadership, development, and training for therapists and counsellors. Location: Singapore, to be based on-site. Hours: 9am to 6pm. The role is a permanent five (5) day a week role (Monday to Friday). Flexibility: The successful candidate must be flexible to work outside of standard hours to accommodate the global nature of the business and collaborate effectively with international teams across multiple time zones. WiFi: While working off-site/remotely, the individual is expected to have reliable backup power supply and a strong, stable Wi-Fi connection as these are essential requirements for effectively performing in a remote capacity.
