Lead and grow cross-functional engineering and R&D teams in Latvia, building a strong execution culture focused on speed, reliability, and continuous improvement. Oversee the architecture and integration of autonomous UAV/FPV systems, including embedded systems, communications, navigation, and software-hardware integration. Drive the adoption of emerging technologies and engineering best practices to maintain a competitive technological edge. Implement efficient development processes,
