Channel/Field Marketing Manager – North America Location: Remote in Central Time Zone. Preference for Austin, TX. The role We are seeking an initiative-taking , high-energy Channel/Field Marketing Manager to drive partner engagement, regional field execution, and pipeline creation across North America. In this role, you will bridge the gap between Field Marketing and Channel Operations - owning our partner co-marketing initiatives, and enablement programs that equip VARs, MSPs, and distributors to successfully sell Hexnode. R esponsibilities Partner closely with Channel Managers to plan, execute, and measure targeted regional campaigns that directly drive marketing-influenced pipeline (MQLs/SQOs). Own the strategy, execution, and ROI of regional trade shows, partner events, and customer roundtables. Develop and deliver partner enablement assets, sales toolkits, and training sessions for regional VARs, MSPs, and distributors. Align co-op marketing investments to run joint field campaigns. Represent Hexnode on-site at key industry events, engaging directly with CISOs, IT Directors, channel executives, and end-customers.
