Captive Client Leader

The Captive Client Leader will drive strategic client engagement and long-term value creation across a portfolio of captive insurance clients. Acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for senior executives, you will help clients make informed decisions about captive performance, risk financing strategies, and business objectives. This role combines relationship management, commercial leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver integrated client solutions. You will coordinate expertise across multiple teams, translate complex financial and technical information into actionable recommendations, and identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships. You will also contribute to the evolution of a more proactive, data-driven, and commercially focused client service model.
