About the role
Chicago Trading Company (CTC) is a premier proprietary trading firm specializing in options market making. Our collaborative culture fuels innovation in quantitative research, systematic trading strategies, and cutting-edge trading technology. For over three decades CTC has provided critical liquidity across derivatives exchanges worldwide - making them fairer, more transparent, and more efficient. We strive to be the most innovative firm in the industry today, tomorrow, and long into the future while upholding ethical excellence. We believe that CTC makes a positive impact on the markets, the lives of our employees, and all the communities to which we belong. Started in 1995 by a team of forward-thinking Traders, we are proud to call ourselves an industry leader that keeps making markets and each other better. CTC's Talent Acquisition team is growing, and we're adding a Campus Recruiting Coordinator to execute our full calendar of campus-related events and own interview scheduling and logistics across multiple business lines. You'll be the person who keeps CTC's relationships with career centers, faculty, and student organizations active year-round, and who runs the full mix of events – office visits, campus info sessions, and virtual events – that put CTC in front of the right students at the right time. Like everyone on our campus team, you’ll be team-first: this role isn’t limited to what’s listed below, and we’re looking for someone who jumps in wherever the team needs a hand. WHAT YOU'LL DO University Relations & Partnerships Own and grow CTC's relationships with career centers and student organizations across our target campuses — you're the familiar, trusted face they hear from consistently, not just during peak season. Serve as CTC's primary point of contact for student organization partnerships and sponsorships, negotiating terms and maintaining the relationship year-round. Track relationship health and engagement across schools and flag opportunities or gaps to the Campus Recruiter and Campus Program Manager. Identify and help develop new partnership opportunities across target campuses — new student organizations, academic departments, or affinity groups where CTC doesn't yet have a presence. Event Execution Coordinate and run CTC's campus events calendar — info sessions, coffee chats, trading competitions, office visits, and Super Day support — handling everything from planning logistics to day-of execution. Track and manage metrics for each event (attendance, pipeline generated, conversion) and run post-event lookbacks, sharing what worked and didn’t work with the team to improve future events. Project-manage event logistics end-to-end: venue/vendor coordination, materials and swag, travel, and on-site staffing to make sure every event runs without a hitch. Interview Scheduling & Coordination Own interview scheduling and logistics end-to-end for campus candidates across multiple business lines. Act as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the process, ensuring a consistent and professional experience that reflects CTC's brand. Partner with Campus Recruiter on pipeline management, requisition tracking, and reporting to keep searches moving efficiently and firm leadership apprised of search progress. Support offer preparation, background checks, and onboarding handoffs. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Bachelor's degree (all majors and concentrations welcome) 1+ years of experience in campus recruiting, recruiting coordination, or HR operations <span class="NormalTextRun SCXW
