Our email signature management platform is trusted by 80,000+ organizations worldwide to keep every employee's email consistent, compliant, and on-brand. As global campaign manager, you'll take that story to market, leading integrated, multi-channel campaigns from first concept to pipeline report. You'll work with regional go-to-market (GTM) teams, manage a team of campaign associates and our agencies, and help build an AI-first way of working rather than inherit an old one. How you'll contribute Campaign ownership and demand creation Lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns aligned with global priorities and regional targets, prioritized against pipeline gaps and product milestones. Turn launches, customer proof points, and our messaging themes, such as communications governance and brand consistency, into campaigns that drive inbound and net-new pipeline. Take work from creative concept to email and landing page copy, A/B tests, and measurement. Report on results to senior leadership with clear overview decks. Stakeholder management and global collaboration Advise senior stakeholders and align marketing activity with business priorities. Work with digital, social media, PR, design, events, analytics, and product marketing teams to deliver coordinated campaigns. Partner with regional GTM leaders to strengthen Exclaimer's market presence, and give sales teams the assets they need, from account-based marketing (ABM) plays to webinar invitations. Manage expectations, competing priorities, and timelines, clearing blockers early. Content and thought leadership Partner with product marketing and subject matter experts to develop articles, reports, whitepapers, and digital content for IT professionals and business leaders alike. Coordinate content across channels, keeping messaging and brand consistent. Team leadership and agency management Manage, mentor, and develop campaign associates, giving them clear direction and support. Coordinate internal teams and external agencies to maintain quality and follow global processes, and share playbooks with the wider team. Digital, web, and marketing operations Run campaigns, attribution, and reporting in platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce. Help evolve exclaimer.com through content planning, A/B testing, and conversion optimization, working with SEO and digital teams on discoverability. AI-first ways of working Work with the Head of Marketing to design an AI-first marketing stack, using AI tools daily for research, content assembly, and reporting. Evaluate new AI capabilities as they ship, decide what to adopt or retire, and advise on how each connects to our CRM ecosystem. Performance, ROI, and budget Measure marketing activity against pipeline contribution, marketing-influenced revenue, and conversion, and turn the findings into better ROI. Track budgets and vendor invoices accurately, flagging variances early. What you'll bring At least six years of marketing management experience in B2B software or a comparable enterprise environment, with a record of delivering successful initiatives. Proven team leadership, including managing, mentoring, and developing campaign associates. Expertise in campaign execution, content development, and digital marketing, including digital advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email, and webs
