You will act as a key point of contact for students, education agents, and internal teams, ensuring that application-related queries are handled efficiently. Your responsibilities will include following up on visa appointments, outstanding documentation, tuition fees, and visa outcomes. Working closely with admissions and business development teams, you will help maintain smooth communication and timely case resolution. You will also contribute to operational reporting and ensure stakeholders have accurate, up-to-date information.
