About the role
Now Hiring: Remote BCBA – Parent Training & Clinical Coaching Greater Goals ABA | MomVersity 100% Remote | Flexible Scheduling | Georgia & Other Eligible States Are you a BCBA looking for a meaningful clinical role that offers flexibility, professional independence, and the opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of families? Greater Goals ABA is expanding its MomVersity program, and we're seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts who are passionate about providing high-quality, family-centered ABA services through telehealth. This is an opportunity to apply your clinical expertise in a different way — working directly with caregivers, developing individualized treatment plans, and helping families build practical skills that carry over into everyday life. About MomVersity MomVersity is an innovative, telehealth-based ABA parent-training program designed to empower caregivers to become active participants in their child's treatment. Unlike traditional in-home ABA models, our BCBAs work directly with parents through live Zoom coaching, structured educational modules, individualized guidance, and weekly small-group sessions. Our approach emphasizes practical, sustainable strategies that families can incorporate into their daily routines. What You'll Do Provide direct parent coaching: Lead live, interactive telehealth sessions, including real-time coaching during family dinner and other daily routines. Develop individualized treatment plans: Assess caregiver concerns, review intake information, and design clinically appropriate interventions tailored to each family's needs. Deliver structured parent training: Guide caregivers through MomVersity Live Learning Hub and provide individualized feedback on skill implementation. Facilitate group coaching: Lead weekly virtual sessions with small groups of up to eight families. Conduct initial assessments: Complete intake calls, identify family priorities, and develop individualized support plans. Maintain clinical standards: Complete timely documentation in accordance with insurance, ethical, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with the clinical team: Participate in caseload reviews, monitor client progress, and contribute to program development. Ensure regulatory compliance: Maintain appropriate licensure and follow applicable requirements in all states where services are provided. What Makes This Opportunity Appealing Fully Remote: Deliver clinical services from your own private, HIPAA-compliant workspace. Flexible Scheduling: Arrange sessions around family availability and caseload needs. Clinical Independence: Use your professional judgment and expertise while working independently in a remote setting. Meaningful Caregiver Relationships: Work directly with parents and help them develop skills that support their child's long-term progress. Alternative to Traditional In-Home ABA: Focus on parent training and clinical coaching rather than managing an in-home RBT service model. Collaborative Clinical Environment: Work alongside a team committed to quality care, professional communication, and ongoing program improvement. Qualifications Active BCBA certification in good standing (required). Active or eligible for licensure in Georgia and/or other states served. Multi-state licensure is an advantage. Experience delivering ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder and their families. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and caregiver-coaching skills. Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and provide effective clinical guidance. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently. Reliable internet access and a private, HIPAA-compliant telehealth workspace. Previous telehealth experience is preferred but not required. Schedule This is a fully remote position with flexible scheduling . Hours depend on family availability and assigned caseload. Full-time hours are not guaranteed. Interested in Joining Our Team? If you're an experienced or motivated BCBA interested in a flexible, parent-focused clinical opportunity, we welcome you to apply.
