Black Belt Process Improvement

Our partner is looking for a Black Belt Process Improvement professional based in the United States. We are seeking an experienced Black Belt Process Improvement professional to drive operational excellence and deliver measurable business improvements across complex, cross-functional processes. In this role, you will lead process optimization initiatives, identify inefficiencies, and develop solutions that improve productivity, quality, and turnaround times. You will work across business operations and IT functions, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline workflows and eliminate bottlenecks. Using Six Sigma methodologies, value stream mapping, and data-driven analysis, you will identify root causes and implement sustainable improvements. You will also oversee a portfolio of improvement initiatives, establish performance metrics, and strengthen quality controls.
