About the Role Nium is seeking a Business Development and Go-to-Market Associate based in São Paulo to help grow our business across Latin America. You will research prospective clients, execute targeted outreach, qualify opportunities, and contribute to pipeline growth across Latin America. Working with our commercial team, you will help bring cross-border payouts, card issuing, and emerging payment solutions to businesses across priority markets and industries. We are looking for a commercial professional with 2+ years of relevant experience and a record of achieving measurable goals. You will bring strong communication skills, regional market awareness, and the determination to turn research and outreach into meaningful client conversations.
