About the Role We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Assistant Learning Center Manager to support the daily operations of our Redwood City learning center. In this role, you'll work closely with the Center Manager to help coordinate class schedules, assist students and families, support tutors, and handle administrative tasks that keep the center running smoothly. This is a hands-on support position, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is detail-oriented, and wants to gain experience in education operations and customer service. No previous management experience is required! We provide training and guidance to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities Center Operations & Administrative Support Assist the Center Manager with daily operational and administrative tasks. Coordinate student schedules, attendance records, and classroom arrangements. Help prepare classrooms, organize learning materials, and maintain a welcoming environment. Update student information and maintain accurate records. Support general administrative needs and communicate operational updates to the Center Manager. Parent & Student Support Welcome students and families and assist with check-in and general inquiries. Answer routine questions regarding class schedules, programs, and center procedures.
