Location: Redwood City, CA Employment Type: Part-Time, In-Person Schedule: Approximately 25 hours/week, Tuesday–Saturday Pay: $25/hour No previous management experience required. About the Role Are you a recent graduate or early in your career and looking for an opportunity to build leadership and operations experience? As an Assistant Learning Center Manager , you'll work closely with the Learning Center Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our Redwood City center. You'll gain hands-on experience working with students, families, tutors, and our HQ teams while developing skills across center operations, customer experience, team coordination, community engagement, and business growth . You don't need previous management experience. We're looking for someone who is proactive, people-oriented, organized, eager to learn, and comfortable taking on different responsibilities as needed.
