What Impact You Can Make as an Area Director The Area Director will coordinate and direct the actions of the Cryo Nerve Block Territory Managers (CTMs) and Clinical Specialists (CCSs) in the performance of their duties. Concentrates on data collection and analysis of sales-related information and statistics in order to accurately and effectively plan retail interactions. Creates proactive action plans that increase brand awareness of AtriCure’s Cryo Nerve Block products in their assigned area. Manages and directs CTMs and CCSs in a manner that creates strong lines of communication from the field to senior management. Drive activities of CTMs and CCSs in a manner that increases brand awareness, product presence and revenue generation for AtriCure’s Cryo Nerve Block products Direct sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly Coordinate activities with Marketing that target specific growth areas Monitor sales data on a continual basis (weekly) and make changes as needed Communicate regularly with all direct reports for updates on their activities and sales performance Foster a collaborative approach within accounts throughout the area ensuring an aligned strategy with the local teams across franchises </
