Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Previous ABA therapy experience required Experience working with children RBT certification preferred Experience supporting children with challenging behaviors, including yelling, emotional outbursts, and difficulty tolerating denied access or unexpected changes Must be comfortable working in a home with a Siberian Husky Patient, dependable, professional, and compassionate Strong communication and interpersonal skills Key Responsibilities Provide individualized ABA therapy under BCBA supervision Implement behavior intervention strategies to support emotional regulation, flexibility, and appropriate communication Assist the client in developing replacement behaviors and coping skills Collect accurate behavioral data and maintain session documentation Collaborate with the BCBA and family to support consistent implementation of treatment strategies 📩 Apply Today!
