Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Previous ABA therapy experience required Experience working with children RBT certification preferred, but not required Patient, dependable, compassionate, and professional Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain a consistent schedule Long-term availability and commitment strongly preferred Key Responsibilities Provide individualized ABA therapy under BCBA supervision Implement treatment plans and evidence-based behavioral interventions Support communication, social, behavioral, and adaptive skill development Collect accurate session data and maintain required documentation Collaborate with the BCBA and family to promote consistent treatment implementation 📩 Apply Today!
